All domestic shipping is done via USPS. EZFUMES is not liable for shipments once they leave our facility and responsibility falls solely with USPS. Tracking information can be obtained online at http://www.USPS.COM
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for USA IS $ 7.99 ONLY For orders placed outside the USA, you must contact us at

EZfumes is open 7 days a week, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. For each individual order, EZfumes select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Unless otherwise noted all orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping methods include the United States Postal Service. Please note that customers outside United Sates shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item :
Online Policy ONLY. Returns are done by case by case basis. EZfumes reserves the right to deny a a returns claim under any situation Your item must be in its original unopened and unused condition to be returned. All exchanges are on a case by case basis and subject to the approval of EZfumes. EZfumes reserves the right to refuse exchanges and refunds on cases. Your must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Do ship item without email confirmation of receipt of return first.
Return Exceptions :
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee :
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your e-juice item is in new condition, you may exchange your e-juice item for a different ml or mg. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. All exchanges are on a case by case basis and subject to the approval of EZfumes. EZfumes reserves the right to refuse exchanges and refunds on certain cases.
